E-glass fiberglass mesh filter for molten aluminum filtration are designed and woven for the diffusion and filtration of molten aluminum. The molten aluminum is very easy to be oxidated when touched with air. With the use of EFG, the pure molten aluminum is more easier to get during primary melting, foundry casting & scrap recycling. The main types can be the one without coating(white color) or with resin coating(yellow or dark brown color) and smokeless carbonized treatment (black color.)

2. High silica fiberglass mesh filter — For iron & small scale steel castings filtration.
TYPE: Normal type & smokeless type.
High silica fiberglass mesh filter is weaved by high silica fiberglass yarn and coated with special resin. It can effectively remove slags, refractory particles and non-metallic inclusions from molten metals. Made from specially treated silica yarns, silica mesh filter are capable of withstanding pouring temperatures up to 1620ºC. Silica mesh filters are ideal for in-mold filtration of gray, malleable, white, compacted graphite and ductile cast irons, as well as non-ferrous aluminum and copper-based metal alloys and many types of small scale steel casting filtration. The main types can be the one with resin coating (Dark brown color) & smokeless carbonized treatment (black color). Another application of silica mesh is that can be used for riser knock-off as a riser removal plane.
